I have had the joy and honor of teaching yoga for 26 years. Yoga has deepened my awareness, presence, and ability to embrace the full spectrum of human experience—love, loss, illness, aging, vulnerability, growth, and change.
My approach is rooted in self-compassion, functional movement, and personalized alignment. Instead of forcing the body into rigid shapes, I guide you toward regenerative, life-giving movement that fosters personal choice and agency—on the mat and into life.

I also have arthritis in both knees, a recent x-ray showed that there has been little change in the last two years. I doubt this would be the case, if I was not taking classes with Heidi. I love the classes, all the formats, the studio view and although I don't know the other students in the class I feel that I am in community with them.
